PALC keeps local businesses informed of pending federal and state legislation, thus enabling and encouraging them to become involved in the legislative process.

PALC Monitors and evaluates legislative and public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels of government as they relate to the interests of business and economic development in the San Gorgonio Pass.
 
 The council, made up of representatives from PassEDA, area chambers, and other key business and industry leaders, establishes positions and takes action to influence legislation that affects the region’s business climate. PALC then clearly communicates its views to elected officials, and the community at large.
